Services for Children with Special Health Care Needs
Woodland Center
ChildServe Woodland Center strives to provide quality care and guidance for young children,
adolescents, and young adults with disabilities. We provide support to families to enable them to
work or attend school while their children are cared for in a safe, respectful environment. Our staff
members support each child to reach his/her fullest potential. By partnering with families, we hope to
offer services that will contribute to supporting children in their own family/home setting.
We welcome the opportunity to enroll children with special needs who are between the ages of
6 weeks and 21 years of age and whose needs can be met in our setting.

we will assess your child’s needs to ensure that we have the ability to provide the
level of service required in the best interest of your child.
