If ChildServe didn't exist, what would happen to children with special health care needs?

By focusing our expertise and resources on the specialized health care needs of children with primarily developmental disabilities and medical/health issues, we complement other agencies in our region that address needs such as psychiatric and juvenile justice concerns. Without our services, children in Iowa who have critical health care needs, are medically fragile, developmentally delayed, disabled, or recovering from injury would be left with limited options truly suitable for children.
