ChildServe depends upon tax-deductible donations from people like you to continue its work of helping children with special health care needs live a great life.
While fees for services pay for much of our operating costs, we depend upon donations to purchase the extensive equipment necessary for the therapies and medical care which helps our patients learn and grow.
As always, an effective way to show your support is to make a donation. Other ways you can give are through a planned gift, by becoming a volunteer, participating in a special event, or choosing any of the other gift avenues shown below.

Yes, ChildServe Foundation, the charitable arm of ChildServe, is a 501(c)(3) organization. The tax identification number is 42-1157665.
As the donor, you will receive a letter thanking you for your donation from ChildServe. The individual you are recognizing will be sent notification of your generosity (without mention of the gift amount) explaining how the gift will be used to benefit children. In the case of a memorial gift, the family, whose name and address the donor provides, will be sent a similar notification.
The amount of your charitable contribution to ChildServe Foundation is limited to the excess of your gift over the value of goods or services provided by ChildServe. A post-event letter will be sent to each participant indicating the cost of goods and services provided by ChildServe and the deductible portion of the gift. An example of such a letter from a recent golf event follows:
For this tournament, the cost of greens fees and food totaled $63.65 per golfer. Therefore, the amount you may claim for your charitable deduction on your federal income tax return is $86.35 per individual golfer with an entry fee of $150. entry fee of $150.00; $345.40 per foursome. Pursuant to the instructions of our auditors, ChildServe is unable to place a value on your in-kind gift. We will, however, provide documentation of the receipt of the gift and its condition for the donor’s use in the valuation process.
