Serve's Homecare program provides individualized care to children in their home. Child
Serve provides multiple services including skilled nursing visits, home health aide visits, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy. Homecare coordinates care with all professional and paraprofessional services. Homecare is provided through multiple funding sources including private insurance, private pay, Medicare, Medicaid (Title XIX), Medicaid Special Exceptions, Waivers (Brain Injury, Ill and Handicapped, MR), EPSDT, and IMMT.

- Open 24 hours a day to families with on-call help after hours
- Medical care provided by skilled nurses & home health aides
- Ensures each family's home-care services are provided with respect,
dignity and compassion
- Coordinates cares for families; works with physicians and case managers to
develop individualized plans of care
- A team of caregivers works together to provide quality care for children
and families
- Registered nurses make routine visits to provide supervision, assessment, and review of the child's needs
- Staff collaborate with respite, supported community living, therapy, and adaptive equipment
