H1N1 Vaccination Clinics at ChildServe

When:
Wednesday, Dec. 30, 9am-12pm and 3-7pm
Wednesday, Jan. 6, 3-7pm
Thursday, Jan. 14, 3-7pm
Tuesday, Jan. 19, 3-7pm
Thursday, Jan. 28, 3-7pm
 
Where:
ChildServe Center, 5406 Merle Hay Road in Johnston, Entrance A

Who:
1) All staff and their families
 
2) All dhildren who receive services and their families
 
3) All volunteers and their families
 
All vaccinations are free, and all family members regardless of age and/or health status are now eligible. Children age 6 months to 9 years old vaccinated are encouraged get their booster at least 28 days after the original dose.
