Lloyd has served as the President and CEO of ChildServe since 1992. Prior to this, he was the Director of Client Services for Hope Haven, Inc. in Rock Valley, IA. Lloyd received his bachelors degree from Dordt College, his Masters of Public Administration from the University of Wisconsin, and his EdD in Organizational Development from the University of St. Thomas. Lloyd currently serves as a trustee for Dordt College and is on the board of the Iowa Association of Community Providers.
David McKenzie, VP - Administration
Dave joined ChildServe in 1994 and has served in a Vice President role since 1998. He received his bachelor’s degree from Drake University and MBA from the University of Iowa. Dave is a Certified Public Accountant and Senior Professional in Human Resources. Prior to joining ChildServe, he worked in public accounting and in the non-profit healthcare industry.
Dr. Teri Wahlig, VP - Medical Director
Dr. Wahlig joined ChildServe in February 2010 as Vice President and Medical Director. She graduated from the University of Iowa College of Medicine,
and she is board certified in pediatrics, neonatal - perinatal medicine,
and palliative care - hospice medicine. Prior to joining ChildServe, Dr. Wahlig was medical director of the Mercy Medical Center’s Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.
