Residential Program
ChildServe's residential services are provided to children from any of Iowa's 99 counties and from various states across the nation. Residential services provide 24-hour a day care at the ChildServe Habilitation Center and 8 community group homes throughout the greater Des Moines area.

Skilled Nursing CareServices offer long-term residential support in a home-like, family friendly environment for children who require specialized 24-hour a day nursing care. ChildServe operates the only skilled nursing care facility for children in Iowa.

Intermediate Care for Persons with Mental Retardation (ICF/MR)Services offer a variety of supports for children with special health care needs living in a residential setting to allow them to participate in their lives as independently as possible.

Supported Community Living (SCL - Residential)Services offer a variety of supports for children with special health care needs living in a residential setting to allow them to become part of their community while learning independent skills.
