I love my job. I love coming to work. It's such a good feeling of satisfaction to know you've been able to help make a difference in a child's life. It's not just the kids who have been given a great life through ChildServe. I feel like since I've been given a chance to work here I also believe I'd had a great life through ChildServe.
Respite
Respite is designed to provide families a break from the daily demands of caring for their child with special health care needs.

Types of respite

Group: Offered on Tuesday evenings and weekends in the ChildServe Centers in Johnston and Ames
Individual: One-on-one care in families' home
Specialized: One-on-one care in families' home with care provided by a nurse
