offers the following rehabilitation services:
CARF-accredited Pediatric Brain Injury Program
includes comprehensive inpatient rehabilitation and outpatient therapy services for children and teens with brain injuries. We care for children with developmental disabilities and children who are recovering from acquired brain injuries such as a trauma, stroke or illness. Our multidisciplinary team helps children who have suffered from brain injuries through individualized care plans that maximize a child’s ability to rehabilitate, re-learn skills, and return to their homes and communities.
Our CARF-accredited inpatient rehabilitation program maximizes the potential for each child’s successful rehabilitation through a multidisciplinary approach that wraps a team of specialists around each child’s unique medical needs. Our dedicated, credentialed staff are experienced in working with complex medical issues such as traumatic brain injuries, cerebral palsy, spinal cord injuries, vent dependency, burns, complications of prematurity, and developmental delays.
CARF-accredited outpatient therapy services offer a continuum of care for children with rehabilitation and developmental therapy needs. Children and teens have needs that are different from those of adults with similar conditions, and our pediatric facility and equipment is specifically designed to meet those needs. Services include physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech-language pathology, specialty clinics, pediatric psychology, orthotics, and more.
