I love my job. I love coming to work. It's such a good feeling of satisfaction to know you've been able to help make a difference in a child's life. It's not just the kids who have been given a great life through ChildServe. I feel like since I've been given a chance to work here I also believe I'd had a great life through ChildServe.

The most rewarding part of my job is working with families that are considering residential placement, and supporting them as they make the difficult decision to let someone else care for their child. I enjoy watching children and parents adjust and change after their child comes to live at ChildServe. It is exciting to see how parents and staff work together on behalf of a child. I have always been given the message at ChildServe that children and families are first, and I very much believe in that philosophy.

I get to see the children grow and change. It's really rewarding to help them develop better and fuller capacities for life.

I work for ChildServe because I so enjoy working with children and their families. It is fun for me to be able to help their children do daily skills and play. It means so much to them (and to me) when growth occurs and to see them smile. I get a wonderful feeling when I know I am helping others and making a difference in their lives.
