Strategic Plan
ChildServe's Strategic Plan
 
The Board of Directors recently approved ChildServe's new strategic plan for July 1, 2010 to June 30, 2013. In order to achieve ChildServe’s strategic vision, the strategic plan has identified twelve strategic goals and initiatives. The vision statement offers a picture of what ChildServe wants to be in 2013. This picture describes our preferred future. The strategic plan is the roadmap that will guide our strategic and operational efforts as we move forward to the future.

Strategic Vision:
ChildServe will be a leader in providing great care to children with special health care needs. 

The Strategic Road Markers
The purpose of the strategic goals is to focus the energy and resources of the organization for a sustained period of time to achieve the Vision. The 12 strategic goals in this strategic plan will drive the strategic transformation of ChildServe over the next three years.
