In an old story, a young boy walked along a beach where hundreds of starfish had washed ashore. He hurried along the water’s edge, bending down to pick up starfish and toss them back into the sea where they belonged. An old man stopped to ask, “What are you doing? You can’t help them all.” The boy simply smiled and said, “I made a difference for that one.”
