Family Resources

Whether you’re paying bills, or providing feedback, the resources on this page are designed to help make life simpler.

Education Series

At ChildServe, we partner with families to help children with special healthcare needs live a great life. Our Community Education Series gives families, educators, caregivers and more the opportunity to learn from ChildServe and community experts, connect with other families, and build skills and understanding across many areas.

Want to say thank you

to your nurse?

Share your story!

Each DAISY Award Honoree will be recognized at our annual public ceremony and will receive: a beautiful certificate, a DAISY Award pin, and a hand-carved stone sculpture entitled A Healer’s Touch. Additionally, everyone will celebrate with cinnamon rolls – a favorite of Patrick’s during his illness. The Barnes Family asks that whenever and wherever nurses smell that wonderful cinnamon aroma, they stop for a moment and think about how special they are.

Celebrate any team member with a Greatful Families award!

Has a ChildServe team member provided care that went above and beyond? The Greatful Families award allows you to recognize the difference they made for you while supporting our mission through a donation of any size.
