Life After High School
How can a parent of a child with special healthcare needs plan for the future as their child approaches high school graduation? A representative from ASK Resources will be at ChildServe to present on transitioning to life after high school for young adults with special healthcare needs.
ChildServe improves the health and well-being of more than 5,600 children each year through specialized clinical, home, and community-based programs and services. We serve children with developmental delays, disabilities, injuries, and other special healthcare needs.
