Arriving to Bubble Ball
When
5:30 – 10:30 p.m.
Where
Bubble Ball will be held in the EMC Expo Center (previously named Hy-Vee Hall) in the Iowa Events Center.
Entrance Options:
- East entrance on 3rd St.
- North or South entrance (follow signs for EMC Expo Center).
- West entrance off 5th St.

- Proceed through the skybridge toward the Casey’s Center.

- Continue until you find a set of escalators on your right by the Iowa Events Center Admin Office.

- Take the escalators down, and the EMC Expo Center will be on your right.
Parking
Complimentary Valet Parking | Available to all guests at the 3rd Street and 5th Street entrances. $13 parking may be available in the Iowa Events Center north parking lots.
ADA Accessible Parking | The 3rd Street Valet entrance does not have a ramp into the building. For Accessible Parking, there is a parking lot available south of Crocker Street, next to the Community Choice Convention Center. To reserve a handicap parking spot, email events@childserve.org.
At the Event
What to Wear
Cocktail attire is appropriate for the evening. See Bubble Ball 2025 event photos for further attire inspiration.
Guests also have the opportunity to purchase BUBBLE WRAP® bow ties, flower crowns, and boutonnières. A limited number of accessories will be available for purchase in the lobby before the show begins!
Seating & Guest List
Attendees will receive a seating chart with table numbers the week of the event. Our Guest Experience team will be at the entry to the EMC Expo Center for event questions and accommodations, but check-in is not required.

Transcript Available
A transcript of the program will once again be available to increase accessibility for individuals who are deaf or hard of hearing. Guests can find the transcript by scanning a QR code on the event program at Bubble Ball.
Mother’s Room
Nursing mothers in need of a private space can access a mother’s room on the north end of the lobby. Visit our guest experience table if you need support finding the space.
