Bubble Ball 2021 Breaks Fundraising Records

ChildServe is pleased to announce that with the support of our incredible sponsors and donors, Bubble Ball 2021 raised over $527,700 to help children with special healthcare needs live a great life! These funds will enable ChildServe to enhance our respite programming, update our facilities and add new equipment as we serve kids like Aedyn and his family.
This year’s bubble wrap runway show included amazing custom designs and outstanding musical performances. To make this year’s virtual event extra special, the Bubble Ball Committee partnered with our sponsors to offer a free meal to the families we serve. Over 160 ChildServe families across the state enjoyed a delicious, take-home meal on the night of Bubble Ball.
“We are incredibly grateful for all our sponsors, donors, board and committee members who gave generously in support of ChildServe’s mission,” said CEO Teri Wahlig, MD. “ChildServe trustees Cathy Lacy and Reynolds Cramer brought energy and excitement to this unique virtual event as the Bubble Ball Committee Co-chairs, and we are in awe of the way our community responded.”

“Bubble Ball is only possible with the support of many generous volunteers including the 2021 Bubble Ball Committee, designers, make-up artists, models and more,” said Erica Axiotis, ChildServe Foundation Executive Director. “We are grateful for all of the time and energy that went into this event. The generosity of our sponsors, including our lead sponsor Sammons Financial, will make an enormous difference for over 600 children across the state who use our respite services.”
