Skilled Care for Infants to Help Them Thrive

ChildServe’s Post-NICU Rehabilitation program helps infants and children improve early development. We offer intensive medical and nursing services, and care coordination by a whole team of pediatric specialists. Our team members are experienced in working with complex medical issues including complications of premature birth. As children reach their health goals, we support them by coordinating with outpatient or community services for a smooth transition to home.

The nursery at ChildServe‘s Pediatric Rehabilitation Unit offers a family-centered healing environment to help babies continue to grow, develop and gain strength while having access to the same specialized equipment and care teams available in a NICU setting.
