Combining VitalStim with traditional therapy allows clinicians to strengthen muscles and restore function faster, and helps the brain remap the swallow. Visit VitalStim for more information. and FEESSTFEESST stands for Fiberoptic Endoscopic Evaluation of Swallowing with Sensory Testing. The FEESST is an alternative to the X-ray test of swallowing that uses a specifically designed endoscope in order to assess both the sensory and motor components of the swallow.

Post-NICU Rehab inpatient services are offered as part of the Inpatient Rehabilitation Program at ChildServe within our Johnston location.
When are services provided?
Post-NICU Rehab services are available inpatient 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
