ChildServe Receives Three-Year CARF Accreditation

CARF accreditation is the highest quality rating a healthcare provider can receive.

In April 2024, ChildServe once again earned a three-year accreditation from CARF, an international quality rating service. To earn this distinction, ChildServe welcomed a team of surveyors who looked closely at each aspect of the way we provide care, work together, and run as an organization.

”The CARF accreditation process involves a comprehensive review of our programs and services, identifying areas of strength and areas for improvement,” said Melody Bruns, Vice President – Autism & Community Services. “This feedback loop allows us to continuously enhance the quality of care we provide, leading to better outcomes for those we serve. CARF accreditation isn’t just a stamp of approval; it’s a testament to our unwavering commitment to excellence. Our services have undergone rigorous evaluation and met the highest standards of quality, ensuring we’re dedicated to delivering exceptional care and outcomes.”

ChildServe was tested on over 4,000 standards, and interviews were held with a wide range of people, including employees, families, board members, and referral sources. All eleven programs that applied earned a three-year accreditation from CARF. See the full list below.

“The CARF designation demonstrates ChildServe‘s commitment to excellence,” said Dave Comstock, Senior Vice President of Regional Operations. “We voluntarily participate in a process that evaluates our services against thousands of quality standards which are nationally recognized. It reflects how our team strives to provide the best quality services while continuing to improve.  I’m proud of our team’s commitment to being the best for children and families!”
