For the 8th year in a row, ChildServe was named a Top Workplace by the Des Moines Register. We earned the #12 spot in the Large Company category for 2021, which is filled with big names like Edward Jones, Veridian Credit Union and more.
The Top Workplace award is based on feedback from employees about their engagement at work. The program recognizes outstanding employers on the regional and national level.

According to the survey, which is administered by Energage, team members value organizational health. Employees identify with the company’s vision, are challenged by a high-performance culture, and feel that they are valued and that their voices are heard.
