2026 ChildServe Champions Named

Each year, ChildServe recognizes supporters whose generosity, leadership and advocacy help advance our mission and create brighter futures for the children and families we serve. Established by the ChildServe Board of Trustees in 2019, the ChildServe Champions Award honors individuals, families, and organizations whose extraordinary commitment inspires others to action and strengthens our ability to deliver life-changing care.

We are proud to recognize our 2026 ChildServe Champions: Bankers Trust and Cathy and Steve Lacy.

Bankers Trust has demonstrated outstanding philanthropic leadership through investments in ChildServe’s Vision, I Am One and Forward Together capital campaigns. The organization has also been a devoted supporter of ChildServe’s signature fundraising events, including Golf FORE! the Kids and Bubble Ball. After serving as presenting sponsor of Bubble Ball in 2025 and 2026, Bankers Trust has committed to that role again in 2027.

Their philanthropy has advanced transformational projects, including the Growing Together, Forward Together and Healing Garden campaigns. They have also played a significant role in the success of Bubble Ball, most recently establishing a new Designer Sponsorship that provides stipends for designers and enhances the event experience.

Additionally, Cathy has generously shared her time and leadership with ChildServe. A member of the Board of Trustees since 2019, she chaired Bubble Ball in 2022 and served as Board Chair from 2024 to 2025.
