Here’s what to expect at ChildServe:

Taking Care of You

We believe creating a supportive, caring environment for our team is the best way to provide exceptional care to kids. We are reimagining how to support clinicians by creating an environment where compassion fatigue is recognized and addressed.

Child-led Approach

At ChildServe, we believe the best approach is one that is flexible, child-led, collaborative, and built on integrity.

Inter-professional Team

You will collaborate with clinical psychologists, mental health therapists, social workers, and speech, occupational and physical therapists to provide a holistic approach to autism services.

Let's Grow Together

Our programs are growing across the state, and we want you to grow too! We offer training and continuing education opportunities to support career growth.

Competitive Pay and Benefits

What Makes Our Program Unique?

ChildServe’s Autism program is uniquely designed with twelve core autism services that work together seamlessly.

ChildServe ABA is part of a comprehensive autism program. Children may use one, some or all twelve of our autism services depending on their needs and goals. Learn more about our comprehensive Autism program here.

When a child needs a referral to another service, your first call is likely to another expert on the ChildServe team. Our BCBAs partner internally with psychologists, mental health therapists, and speech, physical and occupational therapists, as well as social workers involved in a child’s care.

Meet Lucy

Lucy Rosenberg has known she’s wanted to work with kids who have autism since she was in 5th grade. In 2020, Lucy began a career on ChildServe’s Applied Behavior Analysis team, where she took every opportunity to continue growing and learning.

Isaiah's Story

“What has been most impressive to me is how they keep working on a certain skill until they find a technique that works for him,” said Isaiah’s mom, Presha. “It’s not a cookie cutter program; instead they take time to learn about him and how he responds best.”

Meet Aerika

“I love having the capacity to learn every day while supporting kids with special healthcare needs and their families. I have the most supportive and incredibly strong team at ChildServe,” said Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Clinical Team Lead Aerika Budd.
